"I had a very relaxing visit. Walking in the mountains and breathing the fresh air was exactly what I needed. The Spa facilities were great and the staff very accommodating. It would have been good to know that the hotel included a shuttle pick up before I arrived and would suggest that this be posted on the website."

"My stay was disappointing due to poor service. Housekeeping was non-existent—they gave us cleaning supplies instead of cleaning the room. They also charge extra for coffee refills, which felt unreasonable. The hammam only worked for one of the three days we were there. "I couldn't fault my stay at hotel Franziskaner. My room was very comfortable. I upgraded my room to have my own shower, a bit more expensive but it was worth it. I had breakfast every morning which was plentiful and as much coffee as i wanted. It was a 15 minute walk to the bus/train station which was very pleasant. Staff were very friendly. "
