「You can only communicate with the host via whats app and responses are slow. It had everything we needed but kitchen and common are are very small. It feels more like a hotel and then a home .」

「The property was spacious and clean with most things you needed to start off with. No air con but fans are provided and work well, check in was good and property in a good location for everywhere」

「Apartment was really clean, mostly quiet and in a good location. Host couldn't meet us in person for check-in but the instructions couldn't have been more clear and detailed. Public transport is excellent in Bilbao and there was a bus and tram stop a minute away which connected to the rest of the city. A great stay, would return if we were back in the city and would recommend.」

「BEWARE: Listing misrepresents the property. August 2026: No air conditioning, no parking on site, and no HOT WATER in the apartment. This is simply not a luxury apartment. Host was very slow to respond at check-in and ignored any issues communicated with the property. The cafe where key pickup occurs does not know the unit number. We had to ask locals in the building to help us narrow it down, just to get inside. The only accurate part of this listing is the location, which is in the heart...
