Great place to stay for families, excellent facilities and very clean, had no issues and kids loved it. It has all the facilities of a 5 star spa and with authentic experience of a Cave hotel. The restaurant staff were always very helpful and even treated us with a Kunefe. Excellent spa hotel and we will come back if we are in Cappadocia. My Husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Seraphim Cave Hotel in Cappadocia, and I must say it was an incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Gabriel, Ahmed, and Fatima were exceptional hosts who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. They were always attentive, friendly, and eager to assist with any inquiries or requests. Fatima, in particular, had been extremely helpful even before our trip, as she patiently answered all my questions and provided useful information via WhatsApp and in person while there. It was wonderful to finally meet her in person and express my gratitude for her assistance. The hotel's chef, Seda, prepared a delicious Turkish breakfast that was a delightful start to each day. The spread included a variety of fresh and local delicacies, giving us a taste of the authentic Turkish cuisine. The restaurant staff, Murat and Sedat, were also incredibly kind and provided excellent service during my meals. One of the highlights of our stay was experiencing a Turkish bath and massage at the hotel's spa. The luxurious and rejuvenating treatment left us feeling completely relaxed and pampered. The cave room at Seraphim Cave Hotel was nothing short of breathtaking. It was beautifully designed, blending traditional elements with modern Staying in a cave room was a unique experience, and the room itself was spacious and clean.

The hotel is adorable, especially the territory among caves, mountains and fresh air. All staff is friendly, but the most memorable hostess is Pasha - a lovely dog who meet guests and greeting them all the time )) Cave-rooms are great, all facilities are new and the Spa is unforgettable :) We really liked the Seraphim Cave hotel and will recommend to our friends!

Very good staff and service. But unfortunately not one of the upper/high standart hotels in the area. By the way what is high standart? I do not understand the very high price policy in some of the hotels in cappadochia because, you can get clean bed and room and very good breakfast even in a 50-100 usd Hotel in town. And the rest is a Cave. But to have minimum risk we chose the highest price mostly as consumer. Again, This rule is not correct for cappadochia area. Look around also for medium price hotels if you have time for it. But anyway this Hotel is very good to stat without doubts. Thanks to the manager Mr Hakan, and Ethem and Ali. Very very nice, lovely breakfast .

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter , Raumkonzept vielleicht nicht ganz durchdacht zumindest in dem Zimmer wo wir waren : tv nur vom Bett aus zu sehen , im ganzen die Räume zu dunkel , Regen-Dusche sehr schön anzusehen nur leider auch nur anzusehen man kann froh sein wenn man Vernünftig duschen kann . Preis für das Zimmer leider nicht angemessen . Im ganzen aber trotzdem zu empfehlen
