「Everything was quite nice. Comfy bed, clean functioning shower, clean linens - nothing to require a call to the front desk for help. Breakfast options were a pleasant surprise.
All that, said (and I'm not backtracking here), I couldn't help but notice the signs of wear and tear on the facilities. Mostly small things and I want to mention to the management to really look at the lobby and breakfast area furniture especially the couch(es).」

「After a scam of a book in at Brentwood Hotel, this was a similarly price and close location to where we wanted to be. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was kind and accommodating. My kids even got fresh baked cookies upon arrival! The pool was on the smaller side but it was perfect for our young kids. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Would definitely stay here again!」

The breakfast was better than most hotels we’ve stayed at. The walking trail behind the property was quiet and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 」
「I always stay here when visiting my mom in Schenectady and the front desk is always so helpful, patient and kind. Huge thanks to Colin for his warm reception. Manager covering during check out could use some of the hospitality training from the other staff. The room was clean but toiletries need to be freshened up as most are out but i bring my own so had it wasnt a dire need. Rooms are clean, bed pillows should be changed, pretty small and flat for a king size bed. Overall a good stay.」
