"Great House with a Few Drawbacks.The house is very spacious and well equipped - everything you need is available. The pool ist fantastic and was definitely a highlight. The location is also good: Caen is relatively close, and the beach in Cabourg is easy to reach and highly recommended. "Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à trois couples accompagnés de quatre enfants, dont deux bébés. La maison est parfaitement adaptée aux familles avec enfants et dispose de tout l’équipement nécessaire. La cuisine est très bien aménagée, et l’espace de vie, spacieux et joliment décoré, est vraiment agréable. La communication avec la propriétaire a été fluide, et nous avons eu droit à une belle surprise à notre arrivée. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !"

Tout est conforme à la description, le lieu est parfaitement adapté pour se retrouver entre amis. De nombreuses activités sont possibles grâce à tous les équipements mis à disposition. La maison est propre et je confirme que la piscine est plus grande qu'il n'y parait !"

"Annonce disant 7 sdb en fait 3!!! Problématique pour les douches et que l’on atteint le nombre de 28. Cuisine pas adaptée au grand nombre, petite et étroite. Vaisselle non adaptée au grand nombre également. Le reste est très confortable et nous avons beaucoup aimé mais nous avons eu la chance d'avoir beau temps. Sinon cela aurait été étroit. Très Bonne communication avec la personne par WhatsApp. Prévoir un balais terrasse et intérieur."

"This is a beautiful house in a lovely town on the Normandy coast. We came to see some of the D-Day landing sites and beaches and as a group of adults really appreciated the size of the house and the fact that all the bedrooms were pretty equal in size with modern bathrooms. The garden is also very pretty and secluded. We spent a lovely few days in this very gentle part of the world and hope to come back again soon. "Great experience overall as the house and amenities are really made for a big gathering BUT probably for a short period (weekend only) and not for family with children. No washer /dryer on property, average cleaning and decent amount of already broken part of the house. I can see why this is great for a weekend with buddies and i would definitely rent it again but not for a long family gathering."
