「Very spacious and well appointed apartment in Rouen. Easy walk into the heart of the city. Very clean apartment with tons of space and bedrooms for the whole family. Great Stay!」

「Very comfortable two-week stay. The roof patio was a great addition! The owners were very responsive to questions. Patisseries and food markets were convenient as was a laundromat. The Jardin de Plantes was a wonderful park/ garden two minutes walk and the bus stop is two blocks away. The area is slightly sketchy in one direction, and the kitchen could do with a few more small plates. Otherwise, a first rate apartment.」

「Le couchage très très spartiate,concernant le lit c’est un clic clac très peu confortable,le linge de toilette très réduit en plus nous n’avons pas compris dans le montant de la location il y a une somme qui correspond à une troisième personne supplémentaire nous n’étions que deux 30€.」

「Over all not a bad place to stay. Little things could have been better, there was a bath towel for each person but no hand towels. There was a dry cloth for dishes but no wash cloth. You can hear everything from one room to another as if you’re in the same room with them. But you couldn’t hear your neighbours. Lots of little places to buy groceries all around. And you’re not far from what I would call the city centre with tons of shopping and heritage type beautiful churches and buildings. There...

「We loved this place. We were a little worried about finding it and parking in such a busy area, but there really is plenty of parking immediately nearby (though it will cost you). The building itself was exactly where it said on google maps, and even has a paper sign on door for it. Easy walking to the beach and shopping. Room itself was clean and comfortable and had what we needed. Communication with host was great. Would recommend, just be aware that free parking is at least a 10 minute walk...
