Lights (LEDs on dimmers could be finniky about dimmer position) and A/C (getting comfortable with use and displays on remotes) were a little tricky at first but we got that sorted out. Anna was very responsive. I didn't want to leave - wish we could have stayed longer."

Fire pit looks awesome but didn’t get to use. On a scenic road along the Delaware, 10 mins to port jervis restaurants and bowling alley memory lanes.
