「I booked this property for a short getaway with some fiends and was very disappointed. The house and property have been very neglected and allowed to fall into a state of disrepair. I hadn't even made it inside before noticing my first issue, the deck has a soft spot with a rug on it, when I investigated further, I noticed the joist hangers were all rusted out along the door making the deck very spongey and unsafe. 「My family and I had a lovely experience; the place is clean and cozy.」

「My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. The property was very clean and newly updated. Heidi was a wonderful host. The apartment was stocked with coffee, snacks and cold bottles of water and seltzer. A very nice touch after exploring the town on a 90 degree day. 10/10 would recommend!」

Parking passes were provided, so you didn’t have to pay on street parking. The host was very nice and quick to respond to questions/concerns. They also liked the fire pit in the back yard as well as all of the other amenities. The rooms were very clean; the host is very helpful and attentive. Definitely will book again!」

「Our rooms were clean, comfortable and cozy. Everything we needed was there. We would definitely stay again!」

Most important, he absolutely needs to dump the mattress that is on the bed. It is not supportive. It's way too soft and I woke up each morning with a very hurting back. Other things: need to get a non slip mat for the shower. Needs to leave written instructions with the wifi code. Needs to add tissue boxes. Needs to add an extension cord so that you can...
