I had an excellent stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There’s parking underneath the building which was good to have. My room was comfortable, had good heating and was very clean. Breakfast was really fantastic. Lots of options, cereals, granola (different varieties), cooked breakfast eggs, bacon, sausages and more, pastries and lots of them. All of good quality, not the generic kind. Coffee as well, fruit as well of course. I would stay again. Excellent transport to Munich centre too.

All good as usual. Could have done with an extra pillow but otherwise all good. Very clean with excellent communication

Excellent 5 star hotel very well located, great bar , luxerious rooms , very confortable beds . Breakfast not included and very expensive.

I had an excellent stay at the Cocoon Salzburg. A beautiful hotel, nice rooms and amenities, and friendly staff. I'd definitely stay again.

Cute hotel with comfortable beds. Well located for shopping and eateries. Easy to walk everywhere.
