"Fishing from the dock, right on the lake, kayaking before breakfast, and enjoying the hot tub. Portage lakes is such a fun environment, we all had a wonderful stay. Those stairs coming down to the property are killer, would not recommend for 70 year olds."

"First this property is well maintained. Each room is decorated beautifully. It was clean and comfortable. They owners thought of everything. They had snacks out, a bed, treats, poop bags, lint remover etc for our dog. In the basement there were 2 kennels one small one large. Highchair if needed. The backyard had a grill and table with chairs and a nice fenced area for the dog. The use of the garage was so convenient. The view was beautiful. Neighbors were nice. Ill definitely be back again as...

"This property is breathtaking ! You can’t fathom 10k square feet of space even free you arrive and see it for your self - my family of 5 went for a replacement vacation for not being able to make it to the beach due to weather - we got to the home and realized we could t not share this with friends! We invited our two closest family friends and even with 3 families - 5 kids and 5 adults -there wasn’t one moment we felt even the slightest bit of crowding - I’d say yo could easily fit 5 families...

It is located near Cuyahoga Falls National Forest where were able to hike and kayak. We also drove to Lake Eerie. "
