ウニセントロ・カリ ホテル

「立地とサービスは良いが、ホテルの建物が古い。シャワーの水圧がとても弱く、熱いお湯が出ない。お湯の温度はいつもぬるい。」

「Considering the recent earthquake, I can understand the renovation being done on the property, but I did not like the location. Also, there were too many lights on in the room - TV, Air-conditioner, The property is not well kept.」

「I was supposed to receive free breakfast, that is one of the main reasons why I booked the property, but I was told by staff that I have to pay a fee and I was charged all three days I stayed. I ended up ordering from RAPPI which is their version of door dash which was much better!」

「Lovely hotel, the rooms were spacious and very clean, the staff was wonderful and incredibly patient and helpful with the clients. The restaurant was quiet, the food was delicious and the priced were really good. The staff of both the hotel and restaurant were BY FAR the best asset of the hotel. I would definitely book this hotel next time I visit to Cali.」

「Excelente servicio」

「Staff is very attentive and breakfast is excellent. They need to work on room preparations ( making sure each room has bathroom supplies, phone is in working order). The place is clean, beds are fantastic, staff members speak English and they are friendly and helpful.」

「良かった」

「Good hotel to be near the universities. Sadly my room was in the floor 1 and there was a lot of noise from the reception. The doorbell was noisy at 4-5am.」

「Before we checked in, the staff kept our baggages. Also, breakfast was good! We could spend good time in the hotel.」

「A very well located family owned hotel where everyone knows your name. It’s also nicely decorated, kept impeccably clean, and the breakfast was delicious! I look forward to my next stay. 」

「On the first day of checking in the elevator was out of service so had to carry luggage up 3 flights if stairs. No hot water in bathroom during the entire stay!! The responded you must let it run 10 minutes. So after 45 minutes still NO hot water! In addition, the wood vanity at the sick was rotted and clearly with fungus growing into the wood. Lastly , absolutely NO hotel telephone service…they communicated with guests via WhatsApp only! This hotel is one of the most expensive in the city...

「El personal es muy amable pero definitivamente deben mejorar la limpieza de las habitaciones.」

「Great place to stay」
