"The She Shack is a lovely place to stay in Cooma. Jaye the host couldn't be more helpful and accommodating. It's clean, very comfortable, modern and quite. My friend is disabled and although the She Shack is NOT specifically an accessible unit, we coped very well my friend was able to move around in her wheelchair as the back door, hallway and bathroom doorway are very wide and with the use of OUR OWN suction safety rail and shower chair she was able to shower and use the toilet safely (there is a very small step to get inside about 70mm) I only mention this as many will know it's often difficult to get good accessible accommodation, regardless of your needs I would absolutely recommend staying at the She Shack."

"My son and I were very pleased to have found this superb historic small hotel. We were very pleasantly and genuinely welcomed, the room was superb, nice decor and high ceilings. Comfortable bed with comfy pillows and very quiet. I haven't slept so well in ages. Lovely old world breakfast / dining room. This will be our go-to in Cooma and will be highly recommended to friends & family. A rare find. Thanks, Dave."

"Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable with table and chairs along with a large lounge suite. Quiet from road noise. Room contained all the requirements you need in bowls, plates, wine glasses and mugs ect. Microwave also in room along with toaster and tea and coffee facilities. Check in fast and easy with Emily being friendly and courteous. Highly recommend. We stayed in a King room. Couple."

"Water was hot. Bed was very comfortable. Although there was no milk left in the room, but that is a minor detail. I could have gone to reception to get some but I was too tired. Other than that is was a very good stay. Staff were great, helpful and friendly. We will stay there again in our travels. But I think the driveway really needs attention."
