Under The Oak

Although updated and clean, and good budget rooms, the walls are not soundproof and there was a locked door between rooms with gaps. Could hear everyone's toiletting and conversations, door slamming etc.. View from room was over the bay but the industrial wharf site and wood chip pile was in front of the bay.

Room was fantastic, bed was big and comfortable, bathroom was roomy and great, lounge area was cosy with a fire and great view, we loved it!
