ウムゲニ リバー バード パーク周辺のホテル

「A small, intimate and immaculate establishment - like your own little villa! Not only was the breakfast (hot and cold) awesome, but it was the extra little touches that made an impression. For example: Although there was no restaurant for lunch & dinner, picnic tables, a microwave, plates, utensils and condiments were provided for guests' "bring-their-own-meal" use, little cookies daily with the in-room tea/coffee facilities, an honesty bar area, with an ice-maker, I could go on! 「Best place to stay in Durban, such a peaceful and calm environment.」

「Loved it. The staff members were really great, the highlight of my stay. 」

「Staff was incredibly helpful expect for a lady by the name of Thobile at front desk as well as her front desk manager , I asked for assistance to add another stay and they said they could but was very rude and not helpful at all ! Refused to give me an extra card and only wanted me to get me card for my second stay even though I said I was adding an extra person , after saying I was adding an extra person and she charged me she said she needed to charge again cause she didn’t hear me say I was...

「Check-in was horrendous. The toilet was not cleaned. The TV did not work. The aircon remote was missing and the lights would not turn off.」

「first of all it should never be listed, the building is in bad condition, the windows are falling, there is no aircondition considering it was 98 deg outside, the place was not clean I would not rate it any star. Expedia should take them off the hotels It is sad to call it a hotel.」

「Not as advertised」

「Very good customer service and they were very patieng with me as i arrive late.i was really happy staying there and would very much recommend them to othets」

「This could have been a good last minute choice , we just thought let's give this place a chance and decided to stay here but then the lady at reception is a terrible host. What kind of policy at a hotel tells you that you get only 1 towel and if you use the swimming pool there is no option to get another towel If you order 2 rounds of alcohol , why would the reception tell you at first that they will bring the 2nd round to you , then after you pay for it , they tell you to come yourself and...

「It was a nice stay, i can recommend it to other people.」

「This old-fashioned guest house is a lovely place to stay in the central Durban area. We really appreciated the ease of getting around -- easy access to many good things. The owners are friendly, and the staff are outstanding. We enjoyed our stay very much.」

「Snezana and the Staff made my stay in Umhlanga unforgettable. I’ve travelled to South Africa more than a dozen times and this Guesthouse was by the best experience I’ve ever had. It was like home away from home. I will definitely stay here again next year when I visit South Africa.」

「I feel so welcome, excellent service. 」

「Great New find. Loved this little haven literally 5 mins walk from the beach through what felt like a door to a secret garden. Thank you.」
