My stay was very terrible. The hotel surrounding, the dirty corridors, the struggle to get towels, the electricity going off bcos of malfunctioning plugs, the noise when we were sleeping at night, the cockroaches in the room, the airconditioning system that's not working properly, the list is endless. We really had a terrible stay I won't recommend it to anyone until they get the act together.

Could’ve been better

travelled with a friend , room wasn’t up to standard for the price with stains on the sheets . a very small bathroom which wasn’t the cleanest. the drawers and mirrors looked very old too. the aesthetics of the place were not up to standard as well as the parking area being a bit open for the property. booked this room with the intention of getting some rest before a night out. also didn’t find a room service menu.

Grand Gardens hotel it not so good, it has very power services, they have much of lies for example: in the advert they show nice things in live they don't have that things, cleanliness their pool was not clean even in they rooms not clean as well. We anded change the hotel cz it was high unacceptable. Grange Gardens hotel i thing its a scam overoll.

The place was not so bad just minor maintenance.

The place looked deserted. The keys were handed by a security guard, he didn't have all the information about why the place advertised that they had breakfast when they didn't. My sink had a leak and the TV did not have DSTV as advertised. I would of been happy having someone to help.

Good hotel, good service,

Good hotel, friendly staffs, good breakfast and very good a la carte lunch/dinner. The neighborhood is beautiful; it’s a residential area.

Good location, friendly staff

The reception, security and restaurant staff is very efficient. The housecleaning and maintenance staff was not so good. Firstly, we stayed for 4 nights, and was provided with a hand towel only on the 2 occasions that we specifically asked for them. My son's, who were in another room, had to twice request for bath towels to be provided. Secondly, there was a pane missing in our shower, which meant that water fell onto the bathroom floor. We reported this, and requested that if it could not be fixed, we should be provided with additional towels to wipe up the spills. Additional towels were only provided on the last day , after we complained again. Although people have complained in other reviews about the parking, the parking is fine. It is tight, but the security guard is great at guiding you in and out. They also have additional overflow parking. The stairs up to reception, which is another thing that people complain about is just one flight, and then they have a lift to take you to additional floors. The breakfast is not great, but is adequate for what you need, and the staff do try to accommodate specific requirements if you ask.

room was small, elevator not working, breakfast was a let down tbh, very basic and limited. they put one sachet of shampoo in the room and no shower gel. charge for tea/coffee machine in the lobby. we had a car so location wasn't a problem.
