"I absolutely loved staying here! Although the building is somewhat dated… the service was exceptional, the beds were so fluffy and comfortable, the showers were hot and strong, and the location was key. The concierge at the front desk spoke great english, and helped us book our train tickets, navigate through the area to find the best eating spots, and booked us an in-room massage. The lakeview was stunning, and the hotel was only a short wall to the Fuji Panoramic Gondola, the Sake Brewery Tour which were highlights of our stay. Also, only a short walk to the Kawaguchico Station which is a central hub for buses headed to the Fuji Subaru 5th station on Mount Fuji, as well as other lakes and regions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND "

"The property is right in front of Lake Kawaguchi and the room was spacious with a western-style bedroom and a Japanese tatami room. It came with an in-room sauna. We also enjoyed a private onsen with a Mt. Fuji view. Highly recommended place to stay. Staff members are friendly and professional. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Close enough to shrines and activities."
