It stated that the room would be cleaned once during our stay however we did not have the room cleaned despite staying 5 nights. No tea towel or dish rack was provided in the kitchenette which makes it inconvenient when you have to wash dishes. We were unable to communicate with any staff from the accommodation when we had trouble with check-in as there is no reception desk. More clarity needs to be provided when advertising this property as the check-in is done online and then you have to use your phone to unlock the hotel and room doors. This property wouldn't be suitable for older guests who may not be tech savvy.

Staff, especially Belen at reception, were very kind and accommodating. Hotel rather nice overall. My particular room had several bath fixtures that were loose and in need of repair. Shower head would not remain in fixed position. Sink drained slowly. With some attention to this, stay would have been very nice.

Love this place very much Close to Ifema cortes del ingles and in a quiet suburb. Room is clean and food is good Service is amazing Just Hope we see less tourism in this place …

Great location, easy access to restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Spacious and quiet rooms! Will book it stay again!
