This level also features an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a bath/bidet/WC and a shower/WC. The exit from the living/dining room and kitchen leads to the terrace. On the lower ground floor, there is an additional living room with a satellite TV (flat screen), and a room with a french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and a shower/WC. The upper floor offers two more rooms, each with a french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), one with a shower/WC and air conditioning, and the other with a shower/bidet/WC and air conditioning. One of these rooms has an exit leading to the terrace.
