「È la terza volta che torniamo in questo albergo, quest’anno anche con nostra figlia di 4 anni. Abbiamo notato diversi miglioramenti rispetto all’anno scorso. Complimenti al personale, cordiale e professionale, che rende il soggiorno davvero speciale.」

「It was a nice hotel, but the ad on Expedia isn't accurate. The "spa" was only two hot tubs on the roof that were out of order. There was no sauna like in the pictures, and no massages or anything offered. Also, the "second pool" was just the shallow section of the one, not especially large pool. I should also mention that the wifi and the main power to our room kept shutting off. I don't know if this was a problem for the whole city or just our hotel, but it went on for the entire trip and...
