The property is extremely clean and well kept. Hosts are there 24/7 and ready to accommodate what where is needed. Rooms were great, had everything you would need. Breakfast was absolutely delicious! Will look to stay here again! - Adnan

Great hospitality, Flm per mikpritje. We had an amazing stay! Everything was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the whole experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The location was perfect, and we felt right at home throughout our stay. We truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay!

Everything was clean and there was parking for car. Breakfast was good. Friendly staff. Beds in our opinion was hard. Especially the single bed sofa. All in all, it was good for the price. Thank you.

Ottima soluzione per chi arriva a ora tardi da Tirana Aeroporto, si trova vicino alla frontiera ed il proprietario ci ha atteso fino alle 1,30 di notte.Un mini appartamento, pulito e con un comodo letto. Una bella piscina e una ottima colazione per il prezzo pagato. A 2 ore da Kotor e altre belle località del Montenegro. Rapporto prezzo qualità eccellente, da consigliare.

Ben treated us with so much kindness and warmth as soon as we arrived. We were given a beautiful and spacious and clean room. We loved the breakfast and we felt like we were at home eating the delicious breakfast and coffee. We definitely recommend staying here, and everything is walkable except old town which you have to take a car too.

Ho soggiornato all’Acqua Lounge Aparthotel dal 2 al 10 agosto e, nel complesso, posso dire che la struttura è pulita e offre una colazione abbondante e varia. Una nota negativa, che mi è dispiaciuta particolarmente, è stata la presenza di un forte odore di fogna proveniente dal bagno, che si è ripresentato durante le ore notturne per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Un altro aspetto da considerare è la posizione piuttosto scomoda per chi non intende utilizzare l’auto. La spiaggia si trova a circa 40 minuti a piedi, la città vecchia di Ulcinj a circa un’ora e la stazione degli autobus a circa 30 minuti. Anche i dintorni dell’hotel non sono particolarmente piacevoli: la zona è ancora in gran parte in costruzione e non appare ben curata. Devo invece dire che la spiaggia è ben tenuta e molto piacevole, un aspetto sicuramente positivo. Vorrei inoltre segnalare un’esperienza poco piacevole avuta al momento del check-in. Quando mi è stata mostrata la camera, ho semplicemente preso il telefono per verificare che corrispondesse a quella da me prenotata, ma sono stata accolta con un atteggiamento verbalmente aggressivo. Ho trovato la situazione piuttosto imbarazzante e, sinceramente, solo per educazione ho evitato di reagire e di cercare immediatamente un’altra sistemazione. Credo che maggiore attenzione nei modi e nel tono utilizzati nei confronti degli ospiti, soprattutto durante il primo approccio al check-in, potrebbe migliorare molto l’immagine e l’accoglienza della struttura.

The only positive things I can say about this apartment hotel is that it was immaculately clean and rooms were spacious. But overall very disappointed with the hotel and the service. Emailed 2 weeks prior to arrival that we would need late check in, the hotel agreed but when we arrived the host/management seemed very annoyed and was rude. The apartment was nothing like it was listed, there were no kitchenettes in the apartment, not even a kettle or a sink. We were required to use the communal kitchenette which was tiny and not very user friendly. The WIFi was terrible, had to download an eSIM as the hotel WiFi was very weak, so weak that the tv’s in the apartment did not work due to poor internet connection. They state free parking, but get angry when you park, they certainly favour some guests and prioritise them over others. The breakfast was very limited and it was the same everyday. So staying for 8 days with same breakfast was annoying. Only had breakfast 2 days as the choice was very limited. But more than anything the hotel management/ host were very unprofessional and rude. They shout at you if you enquire about anything or even use the pool and water drops as you get out of the pool, was shouted at and told not to approach them between certain hours every day as they will be busy. During check out the host was complaining about not spending time with wife/daughter and told us to leave room key anywhere! I would NOT recommend this hotel!

So, I was the first Expedia guest this property received. It's a little tricky to find at first as the name has changed recently but the new boards haven't arrived as the season hasn't started properly (mid April). The host who speaks good English welcomed me and explained everything well, showed me to my room etc etc. The pool wasn't in operation as it was still out of season but I didn't mind this too much. The room was spacious and clean, nice bathroom with a great shower. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows and additional blankets. I did sneak a look at some other rooms that were vacant and we're all set up in a similar way. Some little finishes need attention but it didn't detract from my stay. I had a lovely little balcony that got good sun most of the day and was nice to sit out in the morning or early evening. My only gripe was the lack of convenient plug sockets. There isn't one near the kettle (not that I used it any way) and they are not particularly well placed in the bedroom but it's not a bad thing Breakfast was pleasant and had a good selection There is a few good restaurants nearby and a lovely welcoming pub called the shamrock a 5vminite walk away. Well worth a visit

Alles in einem super, dass Frühstück könnte abwechslungsreicher gestaltet werden und wir waren 12 Tage dort und es ßenurr auf Nachfrage das Zimmer gereinigt oder uns Handtücher bzw. Toilettenpapier gegeben.
