The property had everything you need for a comfortable, there is however only the one living area for sleeping etc. The location is close to transit and has lots of great options for food walking distance (ranging from 1 to 20 minutes walking).The property owner has a guide in multiple languages including English to help with your stay. The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is due to getting no response to questions raised in the vrbo app chat....

"Excellent location, walkable to Kokusai Dori and the monorail. Hotel itself is very clean and modern with standard amenities plus coin laundry and parking - costs 1500 yen a night so not cheap but for the location it’s not bad and definitely more convenient than trying to find and pay for a space in the car parks nearby."
