it took over a half hour to check in. there was a conflict on reservation location.. when the location was finally settled out the group i was with were put in a room with one bed in it. there were 3 of us. when i complained about the lack of beds they brought a bunch of blanquets to use as a matress,, what a joke,me and the people i was with were very disapointed. my group ended up splitting up after this..those were not out plans our trip was ruined. shower curtains were old and have mold on them. dryer was broken,, i was also looking forward to doing a load of laundry.

일주일 동안 숙박했는데 수건이 리필이 안 되는 거랑 세탁기가 있는데 세제가 없어서 구비되어 있으면 좋겠어요 그 외에는 모든게 완벽했어요

배정 받은 방 안에, 낯선 사람이 있다! 0점 호텔. 최악.

절대로 추천하지 않습니다. (저만 최악의 경험을 한 것 일수도...) 1. 체크인 후 방배정 받고 비밀번호 누르고 들어갔지만, 모르는 남성이 숙박하고 있었습니다. 2. 호텔 측에 문의하고 해결하는 결과가 굉장히 오래걸렸고 복잡했습니다. 3. 무슨 상황이냐고 물으니, 어떻게 된 일인지 모르겠다고 답변 후, 그 옆 방으로 다시 배정 받았습니다. 4. 다시 배정 받은 방으로 들어가 룸 상태를 체크하는데, 청소가 되어 있지 않았습니다. 5. 또 다시 호텔 측에 문의를 하니, 내일 다시 청소하겠다는 답변을 얻었습니다. 6. 체크인 과정에서 저의 방에 다른 사람이 있던 것도 불쾌하고, 청소도 안 되어 있으니 너무 불쾌해서 숙소를 옮기고 싶었으나, 근처 숙소가 예약 마감이어서 옮길 수도 없었습니다. 7.그래서 저는 호텔 측에 어떻게 해결할 것이냐고 물었더니, 미안하다는 말 뿐, 그래서 저는 부분 환불을 요청했고, 총 5박 중 1박 환불 받았습니다. 8. 다음날이 되었고, 나갔다가 들어왔더니, 방청소가 전혀 되어있지 않았고, 요청하지도 않은 침대 시트를 교체해 놓았습니다. 9. 청소를 왜 안 해주었냐고 물었더니, 침대 시트를 교체하였다는 말 뿐... 10. 의사소통이 전허 되지 않습니다. 결론은 너무 불쾌하였고, 더이상 이 숙소에서 지낼 수 없다는 판단 하에, 둘째날 아침에 짐을 챙겨 체크아웃 하였습니다. 지금까지 갔었던 모든 숙소 중에 가장 최악이었습니다. 오버부킹인지, 오류인지 몰라도, 그 방 안에 있던 분도 놀라신 것 같고, 저도 놀랐고, 새로 받은 방은 청소도 안 되어 있는... 아참 여기는 2박을 하든 5박을 하든, 체크아웃 전까지는 청소 서비스가 없다고 합니다. 수건도 알아서 세탁하셔서 사용하셔야 합니다! 호텔스닷컴에는 나와있지 않지만, 호텔 측 규정이라고 하여, 찾아보니 다른 예약 어플에는 있는 것 같기도...! 그리고 또 다른 팁 하나는... 주변에 편의점 없습니다. 차로 1km 이동해야 합니다. 물이나, 간식 같은 건 미리 미리 준비하셔서 숙소에 들어가시길! 음...! 정말 불안하고 불쾌했던 이틀이었습니다. 가격이 저렴하여, 어느정도 감수해야할 부분이 있을 거라고 생각하고 갔으나, 최악. 5박 중에 3박을 포기하고 체크아웃 할 정도라면, 말 다 했죠. ㅎㅎ

使えなかったもの

洗濯機はカビがたくさん出てきて使用できませんでした。洗濯乾燥機はありましたが故障していて使えませんでした。 あと現地の清掃スタッフの対応がとても悪かったです。 電話越しで取られるはずのないお金を請求されたり、ベッドメイクをして頂いたのですが、部屋に戻ったらスリッパが部屋のあちこちに散らばっていました。

ホテルは住宅地の中でとても静か、室内も広く清掃は行き届いて綺麗でした。備品の折りたたみ椅子が小さくて、折りたたみでももっとしっかりした物を置いてほしいと思いました。 EXpediaから入口と部屋の暗証番号が届いたのが、チェックアウト後でした！? ホテルの管理会社の電話番号とやり取り、部屋に入るまで蒸暑い中待つこと30分。しっかりとお願いします！

また利用したいです

大通りから裏路地へ結構入るので、立地としては良い方ではありませんが、環境は静かで良かったです。 入室方法は、最近よくあるパッドでの複雑な手続きが無く、すんなり入室出来てとても楽でした。 スタッフの方も何かあれば、すぐに電話で対応してくださる為、安心感がありました。 改善点としては、 ・予備の布団（茶色）が臭くて使用できなかったので、洗濯に出すか、新しい物に替える必要がある。 ・流し台の下のマットにカビがあったので取り替えれば、利用者の印象もかなり違って来ると思う。 ・食事用の折り畳みテーブルがあると良いと思う。 ・長期滞在者用に普通のアイロンorスチームアイロンがあると助かる。 改善点も幾つか見られましたが、長期滞在などでコスパ重視の方には良い宿泊先だと思います。 長期滞在の際には、また利用したいです。

近くに娘が住んでいる為ここを選びました。 室内、水廻りとても綺麗で気持ちよく過ごせました。 コップがプラスチック製の為、シミが気になった。 自分で簡単に室内を清掃できるように、コロコロやほうきがあれば良かった。 レンタカーが無いと移動は不便。

オートロックで安全。部屋も清潔で綺麗。洗濯機があるのはとても助かりました。 4日間宿泊。床のホコリや髪の毛が気になりましたが(自分たちのです。)クイックワイパーとシートがありましたので、自宅感覚で床を掃除もできました。 出かけるとき、昼間なら裏がタクシー会社があるのでいいのですが、夜は閉まります。歩いて3分位で大通りにでます。そしたらすぐにタクシー乗れました。 昼間は便利でした。

15泊しました。部屋が広くて、設備も充実していて、値段も安く、とてもよかったです。 当日は案内SMSが来て、部屋番号と暗証番号の案内が来ます。あとは自分で部屋に入るだけ、とても便利です。 徒歩圏内には24時間営業のマックスバリューやビックカメラがあり、近くに業務スーパーもあります。 最初は飲食店少ないと思っていましたが、回ってみたら結構ありました。しかもどの店もとてもおいしいです。一番のおすすめは あじゃずという店で、今回食べた中で一番おいしいところです。次は宮古そば 田舎 安謝店で、コスパ最強しかも超おいしいです。そしてまるたま fish&chipsのパクチーサンドイッチも絶品です。あとル・パティシェ・ジョーギのケーキを食べたときは本当に衝撃です。今まで食べた一番おいしいケーキです。東京でもそこまでおいしいケーキ屋さんはないかも。ほかにもいろいろいい店があります。 沖縄に行く機会があったらまた利用したいと思います。

宿泊当初冷蔵庫のパッキンが外れ、庫内に水が溜まっていました。その水も粘り気があり、気持ち悪かったです。また風呂には髪の毛が残っており、そこもちゃんと清掃していただきたかったです。5回くらい使用しているのですが、初めてこのようなことが起きたので他の部屋を点検していただきたいと思いました。清掃に関し、5日というルールは承知してるのですが、6泊の宿泊で中間に入っていただくなど柔軟な運用をしていただきたいと思いました。

市街地から離れてはいますが、 新しく綺麗なアパートでした。 部屋もとても清潔で、 水回りも清掃が行き届いていました。 洗濯乾燥機や掃除用具、 キッチンには食器から調理器具、 キッチンペーパーまで備わっており、 滞在中、快適に過ごせました。
