The detached holiday home is situated separately on the landlord's 3500 square metre property in a quiet location. It is comfortably furnished to a high standard with: Living room (upholstered furniture, flatscreen TV, hi-fi), open-plan kitchenette complete with (electric cooker, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, counter, various kitchen appliances), bedroom (double bed), second bedroom (upholstered couch), shower/WC, electric heating. There is also WLAN, a cot, high chair, terrace with lounge furniture, covered seating area with flatscreen TV and Sky connection, car parking space, bicycle storage room and 2 rental bicycles (for a fee).
The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy. To be paid on site: Tourist tax, bicycle hire (if used) 1 EUR/day/bicycle. One small dog up to a size of 40 cm is allowed in this property. The landlords run a medically supervised fitness, health and physiotherapy centre. Free use of the sauna for house guests. Further offers (massage, fango, fitness etc.) can be booked on site. Alpacas are bred for therapeutic purposes. From the holiday home terrace you have a direct view of the alpaca enclosure.
Ueckermünde, the easternmost German harbour town on the Szczecin Lagoon, has around 12,000 inhabitants. It has developed into a highly recommended holiday destination in recent years. There is a lovely old town with cafés, restaurants and shops, a marina on the River Uecker with boat hire and passenger boat trips to Poland and the island of Usedom, a beautiful zoo and a well-kept lido with a spa park and promenade on the Szczecin Lagoon with restaurants, beach chair hire and mini golf. Thanks to the well-developed network of cycling and hiking trails, the beautiful wooded area is easy to explore without a car. Anglers will find the best conditions, especially on the River Uecker. Ueckermünde has held the title of seaside resort since 2013.
