「My family and I stayed for one night at the Hantara Hotel as we needed nearby accommodation for our National Park safari. The setting of the hotel is absolutely stunning - in amongst nature with the wildlife, plenty of areas to walk around the hotel or sit and relax in a hammock. 「Had a great stay... only down side being we were only there for 2 nights Lovely hotel, with very friendly staff. Rooms great and well appointed.Great setting and relaxing after or before safari. Only bit of advice is dont go too late for breakfast or buffet evening meal, as its all been hoovered up. Would recommend and if we find ourself in same area again, will re book. 」

「The welcome at the Sihilro Regency is second to none. We felt almost like family. The home cooked food offered is really fantastic, exceeding the standard in most of the hotels we stayed in. Arriving over the new year weekend, we were slightly concerned that onward travel would be difficult but they helped us find a taxi at a very reasonable price. We also used their in house Safari and the driver / guide was brilliant. Highly recommended.」

「We had a fantastic stay at Lizard Safari Lodge. The rooms are clean and well kept, with a nice big bed, mosquito net and fan. Our room had a balcony which was great to sit out on in the late afternoon. Dinner was delicious on both nights of our stay (as was breakfast) with a good selection of food and very generous portion sizes! Nandu could not have been kinder, taking us on a tour of the village and to a local swimming spot on the afternoon of our arrival, and providing snacks and ice creams....

「Ett bra och fungerade litet hotel nära Udawalewe nationalpark. De fixade ihop hela vår jeep safari med en utmärkt chaufför med kort varsel. Fick en egen jeep som körde runt oss utan stress och under en hel eftermiddag i nationalparken till ett bra pris. Såg många elefanter, fåglar, krokodiler, apor, vattenbuffel, hjort, mm Trevlig personal som ville vårt bästa och som tom. fixade fram några öl genom att skick bud med Tuk-tuk. Suverän service. 「Reservamos con pocos días de antelación ya que decidimos cambiar nuestro itinerario. El hotel fue un gran descubrimiento. Muy buen servicio, con una atención de 10. Habitaciones senzillas pero comodas, todo lo que puedes pedir por el precio. Sin duda repetiria」
