「A special place close to Yala that makes you feel like you’re in the park. Small staff was so friendly and lovely, and I felt well taken care of. Delicious meals—often candlelit and with an outdoor grill. Room was air conditioned and well appointed, despite the jungle setting. Only caution: there probably will be some wildlife in your bathroom! They also organized my safaris in the park, as well as pick ups and drop-offs, which I appreciated.」

We booked the hotel very last minutes, but the staff helped me for the meal arrangement and the safari arrangement smoothly so there was no inconvenience and negative comments for the stay! 「Exceptional experience. The hotel itself was stunning, the staff incredible and the food and drinks fantastic. Very children friendly but also a lively happy hour and bar. The quality of the hotel finishings were top tier. Highly recommend. The safari was great too - and with the hotel location the long line at 6am to get into the national park is avoided!」

「コロンボの空港から直接空港に向かいました。 ホテルについたのは夜中。 国立公園内にあるので水牛や、シカ、うさぎ、クロコダイルなどが道にたくさんいて、 到着するまでの道のりで夜行性の動物が活動しているのがたくさん見れました。 それが一番良かったことです。 ついたのが遅かったから、こちらのホテルのサービスを堪能することなく終わりましたが、 朝ごはんが、私達はモーニングサファリから帰ってきたあと食べれること、昼くらいに戻ることを伝えてから、食事を取れることを確認してから出発したにも関わらず、サファリから戻ってきたら朝食が取れないと言われました。 それが残念なことです。 そのまま朝サファリをしたらチェックアウトしたので全くホテルのサービスは満喫していませんが、レイクビューのプールはさすがといった感じでした。 もしもう一度ヤーラ公園に同じスケジュールで来るなら、サービス受ける時間がないのでホテルをランクダウンするとおもいます。」

「We used the hotels as a base for a safari tour and it was an ideal base. The location is great, being a short walk (1500m) out of Tissa. Lake Wind Resort is a beautiful heritage building that has had life injected again by new management. The team could not have been more helpful and attentive. J'avais résérvé une chambre mais a mon arrivée il n'y en avait pas alors on m'a proposé le dortoir au meme tarif se que j'ai refusé et aprés discussion j'ai obtenu une tente-chambre. Trés bien dans la grosse savane mais prés de la grande route pas nécessaire du tout. Personnel serviable mais on sans que l'argent et le but premier du centre. 」

「Het wordt gerund door drie fijne mensen. Super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er wordt nog volop verbeterd aan de accomodatie, maar het is nu al zeer de moeite waard. De kok is geweldig. De meest simpele gerechten zijn super smaakvol en beter dan de lokale restaurants! 」
