"Usually Hilton properties are clean and hospitable. This DoubleTree left a lot to be desired. We stayed from Monday through Friday and our room was cleaned only once (Tuesday) even though we requested on several occasions to at least have sleepover service (clean towels and made beds). The staff failed to respond to the requests leaving us to sleep all week in a room filled with dirty used towels and unmade beds. Although some of the staff were courteous and welcoming, this breakdown in communication and workflow left a bad taste. Additionally, I had to go to the front desk to request that the shower liner be cleaned as it had a line of filth along the bottom, and I returned to the room to find that the liner was simply removed; never cleaned and never replaced. We had to request clean towels and toilet paper from the front desk as well. And if that weren’t enough, our first night there was interrupted by a male staff member who walked into our room unannounced, which I know for a fact is customary, and simply apologized stating he didn’t know the room was occupied. Overall, this was the worst experience in all my travels with Hilton. "

"The room itself had some issues in regards to structure. Parts of the wall were flaking behind the bathroom sliding door. The ceiling looked like it had repeated leaks. Breakfast bar was good. Night staff seemed more friendly than daytime. "

"The rooms are not clean, the housekeeping is below average. The carpet was dirty and was not cleaned properly, an earbud thrown on the floor was just lying there. The bathroom had a stale stink to it. The pillow covers were stained with hair dye and the bedsheet had stains and were not cleaned properly. The lifts were not functioning properly and no one seem to be bothered to get this rectified asap instead they just put one technician to manage the lift. Only one lift was working of the 2. The cleaners use the same lift as the guests so every time dirty laundry and dirty water post cleaning is done it is taken via the same lift so the lift stinks as well. Terrible experience and a bad name to the well reputed Wyndham group. Please do something about this team La Quinta Atlanta airport north. "

"Clean room but dated. Nothing special or newer. Bed comfortable if you like a firm/soft bed. Pool was nice and warm but smaller than the picture. The attached mall/HUB closes at 6:55p. The local mall closes at 8p like most eateries around the area. Kinda boring for adults but perfect for kids. "

"Room wasn’t totally clean when I checked in. The place isn’t in the best neighborhood and is slightly dark and creepy. Check in process was a little confusing. I probably won’t stay there again if I’m in the area, but I didn’t have any real problems per se."

"I chose to stay in this home over a hotel so my two minor children would be able to run around and play freely without worrying about receiving any noise complaints. The home was absolutely beautiful and it made us feel right at home. The kids adored the home so much, so I know I made the right choice in booking this home for their spring break getaway. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and appliances that you typically wouldn’t expect to have at any another stay. Overall, the home was very clean and cozy and I would choose to stay here again in the future. Thanks to the host for having us! "
