"The staff were amazing! Rebecca and Kim went above and beyond for our stay. Not sure what they get paid but it should be doubled. We stayed here due to a medical stay with a family member in the hospital. The hotel was only 3 miles away from the hospital. These two women made us feel comfortable in a very special way with what we were facing. If you want a hotel stay where the staff go above and beyond, you definitely found the right one here. Thank you for everything!"

We came to Tyler unexpectedly because a close family member was hospitalized, and what could have been one of the hardest weeks of our lives was made so much easier because of the whole staff! Their kindness wasn’t just great customer service—it was genuine compassion. They welcomed us with warmth, checked on us, offered encouraging words, and treated us like family when we needed it most. In a world where people often forget how much a simple act of kindness can mean, these three women reminded us that it can make all the difference. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and everything we needed, but it’s the people who make this place extraordinary. thank you for your caring hearts and for being a bright light during such a difficult time. "clean room, friendly staff, breakfast. The only thing was in July would have been nice to be able to use the pool which was not open and looked really dirty, hot tub looked like they were doing maintenance?? Not the hotels fault but room above had kids running around and jumping until almost midnight."
