I think overall it was a nice clean hotel. We had a youth baseball tournament that we were attending in the area and other players were at the hotel. I must say with so many kids it was very quiet. I think what needs improvement is the pool to much chlorine we had to open a door just to let in some fresh air and the bathrooms in that area were filthy

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. And the rooms were pretty updated and clean. Definitely one of the better Holiday Inn expresses we’ve stayed at. With 3 kids playing sports all over the state, we appreciate a clean and well-run hotel.

Kilgore Rangerette visit

This hotel was easy to find and parking convenient. Staff helpful and friendly. Very close to Kilgore college. Beds very comfortable and showers hot. Mexican Restaurant close by, Maria’s has great food!

Friendly front desk

Cleanliness was fine and service was fine. Front desk was especially friendly and helpful. I'm pretty sure her name was Zann. The only things not great were that the elevator was out of order and the beds were so high off the floor that getting up on them was quite an ordeal.
