Great family house in great location

We loved this house and our stay on Tybee. The house was very clean and uncluttered with a wonderful laid back, updated beachy vibe. The layout of the house was great and the pool was perfect for the super hot time we were there. We rented a golf cart for our group which was a great to get around the island. I’m glad we stayed on this part of the island. Close to everything but in a quieter, very pretty residential part of the island which was nice. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Family Vacation

We loved the location and plenty of space for large family. Check-in is late in the day and early check-in is not an option. They only provided two dish towels but plenty of bath towels and other linen.

Loved this house!

We had a great stay and beautiful weather! We would stay again! Just wish the pool would have been cleaned while we were there. Had debris in it when we arrived, and was never cleaned out.

Overall a great stay with a few hiccups along the way.

There were a handful of issues we encountered during our stay that could be addressed and alleviate hassles for future guests. Upon arrival we found the electric range had some sort of malfunction where the front burner "hot" light remained on. The house was clean overall, but several of the quilts on the bed were quite dirty as well as the couches in the living room . I notified property management the next morning so that it wasn't something we would be held liable for. The cold air returns were incredibly dirty and are do for a much needed cleaning. On Monday of our stay we had a man show up to bury some sort of cable lines. I immediately contacted property management again who knew nothing about it. They were going to reach out and let me know what is going on. I hear nothing back, but when we arrive home several hours later, the crew was there burying the line. Crew was super nice, but also had some frustrations with lack of communication. House has a pool that's the perfect size for our family. The mature trees made it tough to keep it clean, but we enjoyed it nonetheless. The house does NOT have beach towels though-quite a surprise to us! We ended having to purchase our own as we didn't want to use bath towels at the pool or beach. Overall, a great stay with a handful of things that could be easily corrected to make for a top notch stay next time!

Birthday Weekend

Overall stay was very nice. Early checkin was available, however the pool had not been vaccuumed & had to call… leaves and debris still stuck on screens on porch, general housekeeping a little dusty. I was surprised to learn that before e leaving the property we needed to run dishwasher AND put the dishes away. Odd concept. A key was given but not explained for what… as house was keyless entry.. learned later it was for padlocks on property. Bikes where available to use, but one needed a new tire it was flat.For the most part the property was great use of family & a quiet walk to back beach.

May the World Never Forget

Inside the house was clean. The rooms were spacious and the beds and couches were comfortable. Plenty of areas to gather with the family. Great location in a quiet part of Tybee. The freezer didn’t seem to freeze well. We arrived on Monday and put a pack of popsicles in there to freeze for the kids and they didn’t freeze. There wasn’t a can opener. Well there was it was just one I have used in the military years ago. Also, the pool area could use some attention. The pool wasn’t clean and the surrounding area could have been blown off or swept up.

Hiring everywhere

Everything was great except for staff shortages for rental company along with many restaurants. Pool was not cleaned prior to arrival but management had it done while we were renting and did an excellent job considering the inability to find people willing to work
