Welcome to Blue Bungalow, a recently updated one-level 3-bedroom, 2 bath beach cottage located mid-island. Guests will enjoy a short walk to both the ocean, as well as popular Tybee shopping and dining spots like Stingrays, AJ’s and the Breakfast Club.

The living area of the home is filled with natural light and features vaulted ceilings and exposed beams. This home also come with central heat and air conditioning.

The well-equipped kitchen boasts appliances, plenty of counterspace for meal preparation, as well as a breakfast bar. There is a chic dining area located just off the kitchen.

The cozy living room is situated adjacent to the dining area. Here, guests will find a comfortable sofa and loveseat, a wall-mounted flatscreen Smart TV, as well as a soundboard which is connected to Alexa.

The focal point of the home is its spectacular screened-in porch, replete with stylish outdoor furniture, its own flatscreen TV, and porch swing. This porch is the perfect spot to savor your coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.

Guests can get their beauty rest in one of three well-appointed bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers a cozy queen-sized bed, a flatscreen Smart TV, and an en-suite bath with a shower-over-tub. The second bedroom comes replete with a queen -sized bed, and its own wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The kids in your group will love the bunk room, which also has its own flatscreen TV. There is also an additional bathroom with a shower-over-tub.

The backyard for this home is fenced-in, perfect for private family time, or for bringing along the family dog.

Please note, this home does welcome pets for an additional fee of $114, per pet.

No events with a higher number of guests than the occupancy of the house are permitted and there is a minimum age requirement of 25 for renters.
