It was a great place for a family trip. You couldn’t be any closer to the beach- there was access right outside the stairs. The bed was comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed. We ate in the onsite restaurant more than once while we were there which was super convenient for kids. You could order from the pool :) We would definitely stay there again.

The last night of our stay at the condo there was a bug infestation and the management company has not done anything to resolve the issue or make reparations to us for our inconvenience and issues.

Great Beachfront Property!

The condo was just as described and you can't beat the convenience of being on the beach! The condo was overall very clean except we did find one dead cockroach in the master closet midweek, as well as a living one the night before checkout. We really enjoyed having access to "The Deck" restaurant/ bar. Additionally, it is wise to point out that this condo does not come with beach chairs or any beach supplies, so be sure to bring your own! Also, the beach access is open to the public, so some days it was quite busy! Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Pictures are a bit deceiving. Thought we would have a better view of the beach. Palm trees were too tall to have a good view. Maybe update the beach view pictures online.

Great place to stay

We had a great time and found the property to be exactly as described. Actually, it felt more spacious in person. Our group consisted of 2 adults and 2 college-age teens so there was plenty of room for us all to spread out at the end of the day. Being oceanfront was definitely our favorite feature. Listening to the ocean every night was priceless and the sunrises were amazing. The only thing I would say to others is since this property is on the first level and at the end of the building you do see a lot of foot traffic from the boardwalk/public access path. It did not bother us since we were there off-peak but if you are seeking more solitude it might not be to your liking. Although this property was A+ I think next time I'd get a unit on an upper level to get an even more magnificent view.

Tybee Island was amazing!

I absolutely loved this property it was beautiful & quiet. I also highly recommend eating at Stingray seafood the food and service was amazing! Me and my family were happy with everything.

Decent condo but not great

This property is not bad but for what they charge for rent it should be better. We enjoyed our stay but there were some issues. When we checked in we noticed a towel bar had been torn off the wall and only 1/2 repair. We encounter numerous 'bugs' the 1st few days we were there. The window in the front bed room leaked and soaked the carpet. The 'view' for an ocean front condo consisted of palm trees and basically nothing else. The 'fully equipped' kitchen was a joke. Pots and pans were scarce. The 3 non-stick frying pans were unusable do to scratched an peeling non-stick coating. Cooking utensils were also the bare minimum and there was not even a hand mixer. I will say that the beds and pillows were the best of any property I've ever rented and I've rented a lot. Overall it wasn't a bad place but it was not worth the rent they charge in my opinion. The location was good and the walk to the beach was easy. Just know that if you rent this condo, there is no view to speak of and be prepared to get most of your meals. out.

Spring Break Getaway

Wanted a quiet condo on the waterfront that was not crowded due to the pandemic. Wanted to avoid crowded lobbies and elevators an this property checked all of the boxes. Overall clean and well maintained- just dusty. Good amenities with TV's, kitchen and comfortable bedding.

Awesome condo in awesome location but a little bit noisy

We went there as the last stop back home at the end of our round trip trough Florida. The condo is located in a nice Ressort and located behind a Dune. The condo was very clean and like described in the listing. It is just a 2 Min Walk to the Beach (we loved it). The Bar & Restaurant on the Property has great food and drinks. Only con - the noise. The unit is on the first floor above the garage, no problem BUT the unit above has tiled floors - as soon as someone moves a chair in the dining area you can hear it especially in the late hours of the evening and Bedtime. This was a Problem since we traveled with a baby. Same thing with the Balconies, our neighbors were sitting outside and talking very intense. You could hear every single word when we were in Bed. If you don’t have a problem with noise or noisy neighbors this is the Perfect condo for you.
