Great location

We really enjoyed the convenience the location of this house. The size was very nice for our group of 20. Each family having their own living space was a great convenience. There were a few things that need to be tended to in the maintenance department. We reported those but never had anything done.

Amazing

This was my first time host an Christian retreat in an intimate setting. The location was great the women who traveled from Florida, South Carolina, New York and Tennessee had an amazing time. The property was beautiful and any issues we had were immediately responded to. Thank you so much.

LOVE LOVE LOVE

Our family & friends absolutely loved this property! It was in the perfect location for everything around on Tybee Island. We were even able to walk for restaurants in the area and take a roundtrip trolley ride to Savannah on the day of the parade! The home had everything our large group needed — laundry area, enough space for everyone to sleep comfortably, kitchen & gathering spaces, storage, etc. Will definitely be visiting this property again!

Not a great family rental

We rented this with the expectation of having a nice space for 4 families to get together. The house is very disjointed and the stairs were outside which was not ideal for our younger kids to go back and forth to rooms. Cleanliness was also a concern and the property did not seem to be well maintained. Screened in porch was filthy and carpet upstairs needed replaced. Kitchen was adequate but missing many kitchen staples and the refrigerator was missing all the shelves in the door which was annoying when trying to store large amounts of food for the group. Ice maker was not hooked up - also annoying for a beach rental. One of the doors had damage that was not repaired. Overall we were not thrilled with this rental for our purposes of a family trip - may have been a better fit for a college spring break group.

Broken oven door

Great access to the beach, only a block away. We rented the whole house and one apt had an oven door that needed to be fixed three times! Maintenance came pretty promptly, though it was inconvenient and dinner for grandkids was delayed.

Perfect location to the beach and to restaurants

We enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for families that need space of their own! The downstairs apartments were great! We rented a golf cart to explore the island and bikes are also fun. I’d recommend this house for grandparents, great grandparents, and their children. The top floor was great for the young family- napping without noise.

Christmas 2021

Spaces were wonderful for our extended family of 13 people to celebrate being together after two long years of Covid. We came from NE, VA, GA, WA. Plenty of room for everyone with bedrooms, baths, kitchen, great room, linens , cooking utensils, etc. We checked in Dec.23and noticed a strong odor or urine in kitchen-assumed someone’s pet had an accident - understandable as it was a pet ftiendly rental. We attempted to mop floor to remedy. stronger to mop floor. Next night we heard noises of scratching and something walking on ceiling area of downstairs apts. Monday morning ( day of our checkout) we awoke to find fresh fruit on countertops partially eaten and rat turfs in living room behind couch. We notified Tybee Rental immediately as this is a health issue and so that they could mediate before renting this property to others. Other issues: Exterior motion controlled light on steps does not function properly leaving staircase very dark to navigate after sunset. The dryer takes over two hours to dry one load of clothes - no doubt dryer vent plugged and needs to be cleaned - a fire hazard as well as inconvenient. Chain missing one living room fan making it hard to shut off. TV reception is very poor and difgict to use. All in all, not a good experience and very disappointing for price paid for our four days at Tybee Island. We will be sending this info. to Tybee Rental also snd would expect some sort of monetary reduction compensation for a TD tal much less than advertised. Pat Hickman

Excellent Large Rental

Our stay at this vacation rental was fantastic. The location couldn't be beat and the size of the rental was perfect. Each room is also secluded so staying with that many people, we still had a feel of privacy! Great rental if you're staying with a lot of people and need extra space.

Is not a hole house ,it has different apartment

The property was terrible it doesn’t look like you see in the pictures .Refrgerator was rusty and old . I was not satisfied for the price I paid for it .

The location is fantastic. Super easy access to the beach. The house had maintenance issues (washer didn’t work, doorknob fell off, AC barely worked in one unit, fridge in lower unit covered in rusty scratches). The overall maintenance of the house did not live up to expectations based on the listing.

45th Wedding Anniversary

This property offered everything we needed to enjoy our Wedding Anniversary with our children, their spouses and our grandchildren. It was in a great location for walking to the beach and access to other activities we did.

We had our extended family stay here for a reunion. The house was very nice and well kept up.

The house was great and very close to the beach. There was a lot of room for our entire family. Our Overall experience was great. We definitely plan to come back.

No water pressure

The house was perfect, plenty of room and so fun, but there was no water pressure in the upper level downstairs bathroom. Showering was very difficult and longer than necessary.
