Luxury Modern European beachfront home with pool table and sauna in Tybee Island
Calypso is a beautiful, modern European oceanfront home, in the Beachside Colony Resort Complex, with immediate access to the beach, two pools (one is heated), and onsite restaurant.
Stunning oceanview from living room and master bedroom balconies with all glass sliding doors;
Completely renovated, everything is new;
3 bedrooms (sleep 8) with walk-in closets and 3 full bathrooms on 2 levels of living space above a garage;
Outdoor shower and infrared sauna;
Open concept - kitchen, dining, living area. Large dining table (seats 8), bar area (seats 4) and living (seats 8);
Smart TVs, WiFi, Xbox, Netflix, HBO Max, Paramount+, Disney+, Peacock, Hulu, Discovery+, family games & more;
Fully stocked kitchen with new custom cabinetry, all new appliances (including small appliances - waffle maker, blender, mixer, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, etc) and quartz countertops will make preparing meals a breeze;
Rain shower heads in all spa like bathrooms;
Complete laundry room with washer and dryer (plus iron and iron board);
Comfortable beds with 600 to 800 threads Egyptian cotton sheets for a good night sleep or a relaxing nap;
Gas grill on the porch and outdoor dining table, a garage bar (with beverage fridge and plenty of storage) with TV and pool table;
Rumba vacuums on each floor
30 seconds walk to The Deck, the onsite restaurant and the pools;
Direct access to the beach through a private gate; beach gear in the storage area, including beach towels;
Memorial Park with basketball, tennis and volleyball courts, and YMCA is a short walk across the street;
Many restaurants in the area with a variety of dining experiences;
Farmers market every Monday and grocery market less then half mile away;
Notable forts, informative museums, a historic lighthouse complex and miles of pristine beaches;
Art galleries and charming shops.
House Rules
1. No items may be hung from the balcony rails and no one may sit or climb on the rails.
2. No open fires allowed. Grilling on balconies is illegal on Tybee. A gas grill is provided on the Patio for outside use, guests have the responsibility for proper use and disposal of debris, turning off gas feeds, etc.
3. Items of a hazardous nature such as fireworks or firearms are prohibited.
4. Guests will remove all food they bring and will deposit garbage in dumpsters or trash receptacles. Thanks!
5. Owners or their representatives are not liable for any damage or injury to visitors on the premises. Owners are not responsible for acts of theft or vandalism or other damage to visitors' personal property.
6. It is not our goal to disturb your vacation and we will not unless necessary. But, guests agree that owners or their representatives may enter the property for repairs, emergencies or security.
7. Visitors agree to keep the property locked when not occupied by the registered guest(s) to protect the property and the possessions of visitors.
8. Owners may terminate the rental for violation of rules or unacceptable behavior resulting in police call.
9. Renters will honor the check-in and check-out times on this agreement. We've given you the means to enter our homes unescorted; please do not violate that trust. We need proper time to prepare for all guests.
10. Guests will park in assigned spaces to avoid being towed.
11. Our goal is for you to find
the property clean and well prepared for your party! If there is a mistake made(very rare), the guests agree to notify the owner on the day of arrival. Please do NOT use a problem area until it can be evaluated and/or fixed for you if possible.
13. Guests agree to notify the owner immediately for any emergency in the property (like leaking water, etc.) that results in an immediate hazard to the property or to any visitor.
14. All effort is made to have everything in good working order for you! However, just like as at your home, something can "break down." The owner will address any repair problem asap! We want you happy! No refunds will be made for happenings like mechanical problem, weather, problem with common area facility, etc.
