Beach Front Condo on the Strand, 101 Steps to the Beach STR2021-00204

Our condo is on the South end of Tybee so close to the beach that you can run home for bathroom breaks. The beach is right there for you to enjoy building sandcastles, swimming, bodysurfing, sunbathing, and relaxing. If it is too hot or windy on the beach, sit on the porch and enjoy the ocean view-also good if you get sunburned from sitting out too long. The view from the deck will make it hard to leave, but inside we have a nicely appointed 2 bedroom 2 bath condo for you to enjoy. You can always order take out from the restaurants that are so close you just have to walk to pick up the order.
Our condo is on the Strand close to restaurants and bars in addition to the beach. Fanny's on the Beach is next door, they have cover bands on the weekends in season. There are restaurants and bars on the Strand and around the corner on Tybrisa. Once you arrive and park your car, there is no need to get back in it until you are ready to leave the Island. You can walk or bike everywhere!

Family Spring Break on Tybee

Perfect location

We visited Tybee for the Critz Tybee Run festival and wanted to stay near the start line. It was the perfect location for the race! It was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Mary was so welcoming and very easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Condo

This condo is everything we hoped for and more. Convenient access to shopping and dining, and you can't get any closer to the beach. The condo includes private covered parking and is close enough to walk most of the town. The owners were incredibly kind and only a quick text away if needed.

Tybee is fun!

Location is in the center of all the Tybee action and the beach could not be closer. We arrived really late and the surprise welcome beer in the fridge was perfect! Loved the area and would stay here again.

Excellent Beach Front Property

We were very pleased with this property and owners. Paul and Mary greeted us at the condo as we arrived. They gave us great ideas of places to eat and things to do. We enjoyed waking up to the ocean waves and watching the sun rise from our balcony. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities you would need. We will definitely rent there again on any future trips to Tybee Island.

Perfect vacation rental

We are on year 3 of this rental and always enjoy every part of it. The condo is well stocked, clean, and steps from the beach. The under garage shower is a lifesaver when vacationing with kids. The location is convenient and just a few minutes walk from the pier and all the shops and food you need. Mary and Paul make check in easy and painless.

Amazing location!

We had the best experience! My daughter and I visit Tybee annually and I can say this was the best! Not only was the location ideal, the hospitality we recieved from Lauren was the BEST!! She not only met us to welcome us, also shared some resteraunt recommendations and text to let me know the SCAD sang art festival was happening and that we should check it out! We will definitely be booking this again!

Wonderful Time

Our week on Tybee Island was wonderful. We could not have asked for better accommodations. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. We were on the third foolr overlooking the ocean. The condo was well stocked with everything we might need to make our stay stress free. Paul and Mary, the managers were awesome.

Great getaway

The hosts are deserving of the title "super hosts". The condo was exactly as pictured. The easy access to the beach meant we could come and go easily. We really enjoyed watching a pod of dolphins from the balcony the day before our departure!

Nice condo with ocean view

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was nice, well stocked, very clean and has a great view of the ocean and is just right across the street from a nice beach. Good restaurants and food nearby. Owners were very friendly and accommodating. We had a later flight home and they allowed us to hang out at the condo for a couple of hours past checkout time which was greatly appreciated.
