Registration & Check-In:
After booking, guests are required to complete a short registration form before check-in instructions can be provided. Guests will use keypad to check self in.

Pet Policy:
We do not allow pets to help ensure a comfortable environment and reduce any allergens for all of our guests.

Resort Amenities – Pool & Hot Tub:The pool and hot tub are managed and maintained by the resort’s Homeowners Association (HOA), not by us as the hosts. Their hours, maintenance schedule, and availability are outside of our control. From time to time, these amenities may close without notice for maintenance, repairs, weather, or HOA decisions. While we hope you are able to enjoy them, availability cannot be guaranteed, and refunds or credits are not provided if they are unavailable.

Weather Policy:
Refunds or partial refunds are not issued for weather-related circumstances, including travel delays, flight disruptions, road conditions, or decisions to arrive late or depart early due to weather.
