There has not been one single improvement, enhancement or update since the property was built to any of the common areas the Carpet is thread bare and stained. This definitely not a 5 stars hotel. Stuff speaks very limited English. The spa treatment was very expensive and yet there was nobody to guide you. To explain how does it work
