「all good.」

「The hotel location is good the suit is nice, but there are no towels until we asked about them. There are few things were broken until we asked to fix them. In general the stay was nice, but is not for 5 star hotel」

「Camera pulita e posizione」

「My portable battery (power bank) was removed from the room!! It was removed on the day before my last stay and I could not report to the police. The service was not good either. I asked for the hair dryer upon arrival on the first day and I had to keep asking 7 times and I finally got it at the front desk next day. Is it so difficult for 4star hotel?? 」
