「My portable battery (power bank) was removed from the room!! It was removed on the day before my last stay and I could not report to the police. The service was not good either. I asked for the hair dryer upon arrival on the first day and I had to keep asking 7 times and I finally got it at the front desk next day. Is it so difficult for 4star hotel?? 」

「TV and safe did not work, Water in the bathroom did not flow very well. Despite my remarks at the reception no one did anything about it. !!!! The salesman in the hotel all the time followed to sell his tour!!! which costs 5 times more than usual!!!! it's a scam !!!! Be careful」

「Fabulous room and service at this hotel which was beautifully furnished with a very comfy double bed with crisp linen and bath robes. A lovely view from the window and tea making facilities. The breakfast was delicious with a large jug of freshly squeezed orange juice and home made cake, yoghurt egg and bread and jam. The staff were very friendly.After staying in two poor hotels in Tunisia we were thrilled to be staying here.」
