「This is a very new renovation of an existing building resulting in a spacious suite including large bedroom, kitchenette and bath. Our room had a patio with seating opening to the inner courtyard. Simply stunning! A staff member met our airport transfer vehicle at the gate of the Medina and led us to the property. This was essential as otherwise it would have been challenging to find it! 「My portable battery (power bank) was removed from the room!! It was removed on the day before my last stay and I could not report to the police. The service was not good either. I asked for the hair dryer upon arrival on the first day and I had to keep asking 7 times and I finally got it at the front desk next day. Is it so difficult for 4star hotel?? 」
