「We stayed in a junior suite as a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids), and overall we had a really pleasant experience. The suite was spacious, with a separate kitchen and sitting area and 2 bedrooms. which made it feel more like an apartment than a hotel room. The beds were very comfortable with good quality mattresses – we all slept really well. The room was clean, although a few things were broken, like a cracked stove top in the kitchen. 「My portable battery (power bank) was removed from the room!! It was removed on the day before my last stay and I could not report to the police. The service was not good either. I asked for the hair dryer upon arrival on the first day and I had to keep asking 7 times and I finally got it at the front desk next day. Is it so difficult for 4star hotel?? 」

「Mon sejour a ete parfait. La chambre est spacieuse , propre et il y avait tout le necessaire. La piscine chauffée est super sympa avec jaccuzzi et jets d eau. Le service etait impeccable . L hotel a ete attentionné de maniere incroyable. Je suis un client gold grand voyageur. Cet hotel sur Tunis est ideal et son emplacement remarquable.」

「Excellent sejour, le duplex est trés jolie propre confortable, manque juste quelque élement de cuisine basic comme une petite casserole pour chauffer de l'eau et des tasses. A l'accueil Maher est trés trés sympa et trés professionnel. Le petit déj est assez correct et varié. 」
