"An absolutely beautiful property overlooking the ocean with a great restaurant/bar, an ample pool, and lovely rooms laid out in garden settings. There is no beach here, and that's a long story that has to do with Bali itself, but nice beaches exist in the vicinity. I can't say enough about how lovely the staff were. Truly charming and welcoming. The town/village is also nice (especially around the lotus pond)."

Our son did the Open water Padi course and enjoyed it so much, he did the Advanced as well. A big shout out to instructors Emilie & Damian. "I went for my big birthday, staff were very kind and helpful in surprising me on the day. They made my birthday really special. Apart from that the place was private, welcoming, beautiful and safe to roam around at anytime, early hours in the morning or late at night. Great staff and fresh lovely choice of food. Beautiful for relaxing, sunrise and sunset, also lots of beautiful places to visit a short taxi ride away from resort. Hotel have good taxi driver at short notice, anytime, i recommend Deya has a good driver, he will show you the local area. I would stay there again. loved it. "

"This is the first time I’ve been back to Liberty in years, and it is still the same wonderful resort. The staff have been there for a long time, and are all lovely. Breakfasts are good. The gorgeous tropical gardens are amazing to walk through. The location is good, very easy to walk to all the dining options. 3 pools, so you could find sun or shade any time during the day. Our room was great too, loads of space and very well kept. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Tulamben. "
