"We had an authentic Japanese experience staying here. The location was perfect - the house was on a quiet street while still being very close to the main attractions in the Gion area. The interior was beautiful, clean and well insulated with heated floors and AC in each room. Beds were very comfortable and the upstairs living offered a lovely veiw of the Yasaka Pagoda. "We had a wonderful stay at this guest house in Kyoto. The hosts are a wonderful friendly couple who communicated with us continually a couple days before check in & throughout our stay. Upon arrival the home was very clean & orderly. It was well stocked with plenty of towels & toilet paper.
