"Overall stay was excellent. The best location possible if you’re idea of a vacation is to shop like ours is. Won’t ever consider staying anywhere else while in Osaka. "Lots of signs around the area showing you to the hotel, so it is easy to find (this part of osaka can be a multi-floor maze!) The hotel is on top of a mall/food complex, so access to shoping and dining was very convenient! The hotel staff were very nice and quick to help, the downstairs amenities were nice (worlds coldest drinking water!). The shower/bathtub is a whole room, which was really great, and the bed and view were incredible. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"Would be good if the home screen of the tv could be set based on occupant prefered la guage. Tv language always resets to japanese. "

"Great hotel, the lounge is a welcome bonus, with a variety of soft and alcoholic drinks available between 2pm and 10pm, whiskey, vodka, margarita mix etc. Rooms and beds are very comfortable. Don't forget to put your request for room cleaning on the door! Free washer and dryer is very useful. Walkable to everything dōtonbori has to offer. "
