「We choose this hotel based on the good reputation on the website but it was a bad mistake.
First of all, the room is not very well designed. The washbasin is part of the wall of the toilet and it's open to the room, so all the noise and smell of the bathroom can be spread all over.
And the staff were very unprofessional. There were two wine glasses in the room and we wanted to drink wine, so we called the front desk to ask for the wine opener. We waited more than 30 minutes but nobody delivered...
「The room was very clean and comfortable bed. I liked the room with the kitchens options set up. The breakfast although continental had a good choice with hot food options like omelettes, sausages, hash browns etc.
The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional throughout.
I will definitely be back.」
「There had been so loud sound and noise from the lounge on the 5th floor until 3:00 am. I stayed on the 4th floor and I could not sleep at all. I called reception to change the room or do something about it, but they didn't do anything. It was an awful experience. 」
