The hotel was clearly high-end decades ago, but has faded a bit. Some will find this charming, while others may not. The breakfast was excellent and should accommodate all tastes. "Alpine Bliss. This charming, well furnished apartment was the perfect place to spend several days in the Berner Oberland. The two spacious balconies looked directly on to the snow-covered Eiger, Monch, and Jungfraujoch mountain peaks. Georgeous views. The small town of Murren, with a well-provisioned Coop supermarket a few minutes walk was the perfect mountain retreat. Would definitely stay in Chateau Myrenna again."
