"At first I thought the hotel was closed as the parking lot was empty and the doors were locked when I arrived on New Years Eve. Fortunately I found an open door around the other side where hotel guests check in. As it turned out the ballrooms are on the ground level and reception is located on the second floor. Check in was smooth once I found the front desk. Some cleaning in the room was overlooked. The bathroom mirror was dirty and should have been cleaned. A couple of lamps didn't work....
