「The room was as expected. 」

「Hotel is extremely outdated and unclean. Upon arrival room given wasn’t cleaned from previous guest. When given second room it smelled like cigarettes and mold. Carpets and linen were extremely old and had unidentifiable smells. 」

「Room was not clean, plastic over the smoke alarm, toilet paper stuck in the peephole. Bathroom ick. The staff were all wonderful, super friendly. 」

「トロイ大学に近接したホテルで、近隣のロードサイドにも食事等が出来るところが多くあり、便利です。 室内は広く、日本の同価格帯のビジネスホテルの倍くらいはあるでしょうか。 朝食もセルフですので、気兼ねなく利用でき、おいしかったです。 そこで初めてワッフル焼き器を見ました。 あえて私的に難点を言うと、湯船派なので、バスタブがシャワー用の浅いタイプ（アメリカは大概そうでしょうが）なのでちょっとという感じです。 総評として、満足でした。」

「Welcoming to pets. Front desk associate at check in wasn’t friendly at all and didn’t even seem to look at the details of my reservations (2 rooms with different room types and 1 with a dog). The bathrooms in the lobby were out of order. There was a dirty wash cloth in our shower and the bathtub was stained/rusty in spots. Thankfully the beds and rest of the room was clean. Breakfast was great other than their juice machine wasn’t working.」

「We called to verify that they did not use fragrances, like sprays to mask smell before we came. We arrived and they started to redo the lobby area by changing the floor plan which you couldn't sit in the common area to sit and relax instead of staying in your room and painted and used glue for the wall paper. The pool was unavailable. The elevator button in the lobby was loose on the wall. Our room was directly above the lobby on the 2nd floor so the fumes came right up into our room. Over all...
