"Start with the positives, communication was good and the most of the accommodation was as the pictures, the bathroom in particular was lovely.However, be aware that the stairs are very steep, if you have any mobility issues his could be a problem. "It was excellent value for money. Have paid more for less in various hotels. The staff were very helpful. Had tea making facilities in the room 👍 great shower, window opened and there was also AirCon 👍 a bonus in the high temperatures of July. Will definitely use the hotel chain again 😁"

"The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, and the air conditioning was great. The shower had great temperature and water pressure. The breakfast buffet was also very good and had many options for food / beverages. The location was very close to the train station, and about a 15 minute walk from city centre. Would definitely stay here again. "

"We booked the hotel when air traffic control issues led to our flight from a different airport being cancelled. The property was clean, comfortable and very close to East Midlands Airport. We had a very early flight so the location was key. "
