"This place was not as described, and Lady who was hosting, Nicole, wasn't eager do resolve issues. She just send us to contact Expedia or Vrbo and they play us back and forth so we just decide to stay and not waste our time with them any more. Expedia also should take part of blame bcs they just arrange this thru Vrbo, that way they both just redirect responsibility to other party. My fault was that i take no refund stay, but just bcs original place where we was suppose to stay had some issues...

"Absolutely loved our stay! Such a beautiful property amongst all of the foliage. So much offered by the resort, including a great viewpoint hike right on the property! And the staff! Everyone was so nice and welcoming, we felt like we were right at home. Highly recommend to anyone staying in St Lucia."

"Absolute beautiful resort A lot of uphill and downhill walking We had a one bedroom master suite with small jacuzzi -whirlpool Included was transport to and from the airport also a butler we could message on what’s app about anything and everything We also got a sunset cruise on Thursday that was included in the room We would def recommend this resort And return !!! Bring bug repellant for sure And noise cancelling headphones that u can sleep in - the rainforest comes alive at nite so u will hear a lot of nature! Cats on the property who are well mannered"

"Bay Gardens Hotel is in the heart of the commercial center yet sufficiently private. There are four pools that are earliestly accessible and it's within 50 meters of beach and sea. The staff, especially Nadia, are nice abd responsive. Staff will recognize you by name if you are a returning for a second visit. Simply wonderful. It's my home away from home."

"The staff was amazing, the resort was quiet and peaceful. The food was solid, the beach was fun and the coastline cruise excursion was a great time. Did I mention the staff???
