1. Squirrel Cottage

Squirrel Cottage
3.0 star property
Penrith
9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (3 reviews)
"Excellent accommodation, spotlessly clean, fully equipped kitchen (everything you could possibly need). It was like a home from home. The only slight negative was that the beds were very soft, but that's just personal preference. Whitbarrow village itself was very well maintained with a lovely bar/restaurant area. We would definitely return."

Macdonald Old England Hotel & Spa

8/10 Good
"Hotel and spa facilities were excellent. Gym was too busy for the size, with a local class that disrupted the flow. Breakfast was not ideal with a long wait and slow service. In summary, hotel was lovely, other guests weren’t."
